MAG-90 Liquid Detergent (compare with Chemspec's Formula 90 Liquid)
A super concentrated, low residue, mild alkaline, and phosphate-free truckmount detergent that is highly buffered to maintain maximum cleaning at all dilutions when using the extraction method or rotary bonnet on commercial, residential, and restaurant carpet. Formulated with a blend of proprietary anionic and non-ionic surfactants, detergent builders, chelate, water softeners, anti-resoiling agents, a corrosion inhibitor, and our POWERSOLV (a proprietary blend of hydrocarbon and oxygenated solvents) MAG-90 will emulsify, detach, and encapsulate soil from the carpet fiber, making it easier to extract the dirt and keep carpets cleaner longer when dry by vacuuming when carpet is dry. Mix in hot or cold water. Due to its mild alkalinity and high dilution levels, MAG-90 will leave very little residue and leave carpets looking brighter and cleaner for longer periods of time between cleanings. Dilution ratio as high as 320:1, MAG-90 is excellent for cleaning olefin carpet, 5th generation Stain Resist carpet, and even wool carpets.

POWER-SLAM
A super concentrated, low foam, alkaline detergent formulated to clean the toughest commercial, residential, and restaurant carpets using hot water extraction or rotary buffering machines. This powdered detergent is gentle enough to clean all 5th generation stain resist synthetic and wool carpets. Great for cleaning olefin and berber carpets. The solvent-boosted formulation will quickly cut through the harshest greasy, oily, and dry soils and leave carpets brighter, without leaving a sticky residue behind that will attract soil. Contains water softening agents, builders, anti-resoiling agents, corrosion inhibitors, and our very own PowerSolv. Power-Slam can be used to pre-treat carpets before extraction cleaning or used with a buffering or orbital brush machine.
Truckmount: Completely dissolve 3 cups of powder with 5 gallons of warm water in a headpak and meter @ 2-3 gph. Wool Carpet: Meter @ 1 gph.
Portable: Add 2 ounces of powder to each 5 gallons of warm water.
Rotary Buffer Machine: Dissolve 2 ounces in 5 gallons of warm water to soak pads.
Adding 1 ounce (scoop) of Power-Boost to detergent solution will add oxygen and enhace the cleaning process.

FIRE-POWER (multipurpose traffic lane cleaner & pre-conditioner)
A multipurpose pre-spray and detergent that can be used on synthetic carpets found in restaurants, commercial properties, and residential homes. FIRE-POWER can be pre-sprayed on carpets to loosen tough built-in soil and residue prior to hot water extraction. FIRE-POWER can also be sprayed onto heavily soiled traffic areas when extraction isn't enough. The various solvents and builders in FIRE-POWER have been formulated to emulsify, encapsulate, and suspend the toughest grease, oil, and dry particulates before using hot water extraction to remove them from the carpet. DO NOT use FIRE-POWER on wool carpet.

PowerSolv (detergent additive)
Formulated as a detergent additive that will enhance cleaning and attack the most severe greasy, oily, and dry soils in residential, commercial, and restaurant carpets without leaving sticky residue after cleaning. Contains solvents, builders, and polymers to advance the cleaning process when using hot water extraction. PowerSolv can be added to any hot water extraction detergent or applied prior to cleaning. DO NOT use alone as a cleaner but use with POWER-BLASTER, MAG-90, or POWER-SLAM as an additive to get the most out of cleaning carpet and upholstery. Always test for colorfastness if using to clean upholstery.

POWER-BOOST (powder detergent oxygenator booster)
An oxygenator powder booster that can be added to carpet cleaning detergent solutions to enhance the cleaning power by adding oxygen. POWER-BOOST will also help to remove old detergent residue left behind by prior cleaning and help to brighten carpet and upholstery. Formulated with builders, POWER-BOOST helps to break down stubborn soils that normal cleaning may not by safely adding alkalinity and minimizing the usual soapy residue after the carpet has dried. Always test for colorfastness if using to clean upholstery or wool carpet.
